  • How long will my project take?

Depending on the scope of the project, the completion timeline will vary widely. We’ll provide you with a project timeline during our initial site walk-thru. For example, a kitchen and bathroom renovation would take approx. 2-3 months; so don’t hesitate to call B&D Building & Remodeling for your project.

  • What permits do I need to provision for my project?

You won't need to gather any permits. As an expert contractor (including any kitchen and bath remodel work), we will take care of all permit filings for your project to ensure it is handled properly.

  • Do you consistently work on projects every day?

Yes! We start and continue to work on your project through satisfactory completion in a tight timeframe. To get started on your project and have comfort in knowing we will stay with it through completion, call us at (617) 628-6890 today.

  • Can I stay in my home while renovations are being done?

The scope of your project will determine if you may remain in your home while work is being performed. For most kitchen and bath renovations, we have kept people in their homes for the duration of the project. Give us a call directly to discuss the details of your project.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we have been fully licensed and insured since 1979. Our years of experience will ensure your project is delivered with quality workmanship.
